Northern Rockies RCMP confiscate firearms, drugs, and cash after a traffic stop

After a recent traffic stop conducted by the Northern Rockies RCMP authorities confiscated firearms, narcotics and cash.

The Northern Rockies RCMP carried out a vehicle inspection on Friday, September 27, where they came across a car that seemed to lack valid insurance.
The RCMP observed evidence during the vehicle inspection which led to a search warrant. The officers who conducted the search, soon located and seized drug paraphernalia, a loaded handgun and an imitation firearm, ammunition, as well as a large amount of cash.
The investigation is still underway, and additional charges may follow. More details will be provided as they become available.
