'Lets Get Rolling’ by Print Artists North is currently on display and features wonderful pieces that combine technical skill with artistic vision.
The opening reception for the latest art exhibit at Peace Gallery North was held on October 3 and will remain open until November 1.
This exhibit features intricate linework, rich textures, and depth that digital images can’t fully capture.
Print Artists North (PAN) are printmakers that have been part of the Flying Colours Artists’ Association since 2016, according to the North Peace Cultural Centre’s website. The group brings together artists with a shared passion for both traditional and modern printmaking techniques.
Members explore a wide range of methods in their work including lino-cuts, monoprints, collagraphs, etchings, cyanotypes and other experimental approaches. Their goal is to promote the craft of printmaking in all of its forms and encourage creativity within the medium.
Peace Gallery North is located in the North Peace Cultural Centre and is open to the public during open hours which are Tuesday-Saturday, 11am-5pm.
