Gunfire in the North Peace leads to arrest

Local RCMP are investigating after there were reported gunshots in a residential neighborhood of Fort St. John.
Local RCMP responded swiftly to the 9200 block of 91st Street on November 12, after there were reported gunshots in the residential neighborhood.
The police quickly isolated the residences and conducted search warrants in relation to the reported gunshots.
A single male has been taking into custody and is facing multiple firearm offences according to the release.
Brandon Jordan Allemeersch is 32 years old, and is facing 8 Criminal Code charges which have been approved by the BC Prosecution Service
The investigation remains ongoing and the local RCMP are asking anyone with information or surveillance videos of the incident to contact them at 250-787-8100.
