Local RCMP investigate human remains along Kiskatinaw River

The Dawson Creek RCMP were notified on Saturday, May 18 of what appeared to be human remains along the Kiskatinaw River.

Efforts are currently underway to determine the identity of the remains as BC RCMP North District Major Crime Unit has assumed conduct of the investigation efforts according to a media release on May 21.

As it is made available, more information may be released by the RCMP.
