Huskies came to play, Flyers paid the price

The Fort St. John Huskies gave their fans plenty to cheer about last weekend, rolling to an impressive 11–0 win over the Fairview Flyers.

From the opening faceoff, the Huskies controlled the pace, moved the puck with confidence, and never took their foot off the gas. The Huskies had everything going for them including sharp passes, steady goaltending, and a full team effort that showed why this group is so tough to play against at home.

#30 Evan Umbach received the game’s first star for an outstanding performance, while Dominic Jackowski got the second star for a stand-up effort between the pipes.
