The event was held between June 12-13 and included Art Stars on Thursday, a George Canyon Concert on Friday, and the Big Print Day as well as the Art Market on Saturday at the North Peace Cultural Centre.
Local artists have in the past taken their art to the streets with Big Print Day, however this year was done indoors.
Participants used a steam roller to create large, one-of-a-kind prints and also to demonstrate the arts community’s spirit of collaboration and fearlessness according to the release.
Saturday’s Art Market was much more than a venue for shopping for locally created crafts.
It also offered a dynamic cultural experience that included live music, creative workshops, art exhibitions and interactive offerings that engaged the community and celebrated art.
