A little O'Keeffe inspiration at Knux Gallery

There is usually something happening in the arts community around the North Peace, and recently another group of local residents spent an evening painting together at Knux Gallery.

The latest ‘Be Inspired’ paint night was hosted at Tyson “Graphicsman” Mowat's gallery, with Suzon Anne leading an evening inspired by the work of Georgia O'Keeffe.

The paint nights have become a popular event at the gallery, giving people a chance to sit down, try something creative and spend an evening making art alongside other people from the community.

The latest ‘Be Inspired’ paint night was another small example of the different ways people are finding room to create, learn something new and spend time together in the North Peace.

With local artists continuing to organize events like this, there always seems to be something happening for anyone willing to pick up a paintbrush and give it a try.
